The Erlanger 403(b) and 401(a) Plans have transitioned to Prudential Retirement.

You can now check your account balances, perform transactions and take advantage of new tools and services that can help you reach your retirement goals!

Get Started – Access your account.

  • Create an online password and user ID at prudential.com/online/retirement.
    Click the “Register Now” button and follow the instructions.
  • To register by phone, call 877-PRU-2100 (877-778-2100). When asked for your
    account number, enter your Social Security number and follow the prompts to
    create a PIN.

Use this form to designate the person(s) to whom benefits under this plan, if any, are to be paid in the event of your death. If you are married or separated (but not divorced) at the time of your death, and if you wish to have your benefits paid to someone other than your spouse, your spouse must consent to the designation you have made herein.
